Shipping Info Butter Sessions ships via Australia Post.

Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your shipping location.

Estimated delivery times 2 - 4 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 7-14 business days for international orders shipped from Australia.

Please check the shipping date/release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release up to a month in advance. If you place an order for multiple items and one of them is a pre-order, the whole order will be shipped when the pre-order item is released.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Butter Sessions are not responsible for any additional fees.

Our standard shipping does NOT provide a tracking number. If you choose standard shipping, Butter Sessions will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy We have an exchange only return policy.

If your record arrives damaged: We ship our records with care and using purpose-made record mailers. We understand that mail handlers can be rough / packages are left in the sun and and records do arrive bent from time to time.

Please provide a description of the damage including a photo and we will organise a replacement.

Incorrect size: We accept exchanges for incorrect sizing of garment purchases. The buyer is responsible to pay for the item to be shipped back to us however we’ll cover the correct size being sent back to you.

Faulty item: We try to ensure our records and garments are of a high quality however some things may slip through the cracks from time to time. Please email us and tell us about the fault so it can be addressed.
